Well I thought it would be Abbie and Kassie singing this song this Christmas, but their teeth just won’t come out.

But I guess Izzie must have been humming along because last week both of her bottom teeth came through. I’m a little sad because she had the best gummy smile I had ever seen.

She is also so proud of her self because she finally figured out how to crawl! What a cutie!

I’m writing this post to thank  Bill and Liz for the most amazing gift of kidness they gave our family. We love you and your family and are so blessed that you thought of us. And we hope to some day repay the gift you gave us by paying it forward to someone we know needs a little extra help.

The true spirit of Christmas.

Just an update, Sammies’ throat culture came back clear nothing yucky or abnormal.Yea for Sammie she is my strong spirited trooper and we are so blessed to have her in our family.

1)  Where did you meet?

We officially met over the phone when he asked me out on our first date. Before that we only knew of and saw each other at school.

2) What was the first thought that went through your head when you met?

When he picked me up I couldn’t believe he didn’t take his hat and sun glasses off when talking with my dad out side. But I sit thought he was hot.

3) Do you remember what he was wearing?

Along with his hat and sun glasses, he was wearing his swim trunks and a t-shirt, we went to the beach.

4) Where was the first time you kissed this person?

Our first kiss was on the dance floor at a stake youth dance.

5) Where did you go on your first date?

We went to the beach.

6) How long did you know this person before you were a couple?

He asked me to be his girl friend after about 2-2 1/2 months of dating.

7) How did he ask you out?

When he called for our first date I picked up the phone and he said,” You probably don’t know who I am,” he told me his name and I said I know who he was. He that said he was trying to get a group date to the beach and asked if I would go with him. And I said yes.

8) Has this person purposed to you?

Yes.

9) Do you and this person have have kids together?

Yes, five.

10) Have you ever broken the law with this person?

I don’t know what your talking about!

11) When was the first time you knew you liked this person?

I knew I liked him on our fourth date. I got a very strong feeling that we would be together for along time.

12) Do you get along with his family?

Like they are my own family.

13) Do you trust this person?

With not only my life but also the lives of our children.

14) Do you see him as your future partner?

For time and ALL eternity.

15) What is the best gift he ever gave you?

True love.

16) What is the one thing he does that gets on your nerves?

When he puts his wet towel on the bed after he gets out of the shower.

17) Where do you see each other in 15 years from now?

We will be watch our children getting married, going to college, graduating high school and counting our blessing for the love we’ve shared and will continue to share.

18) What causes the most arguments?

I count my blessings that we don’t argue. Disagree, yes, but never argue.

19) How long have you been together?

11 Years since dating.

20) Are you married?

Yes, almost 8 years.

About a week ago the girls and I came home from running some errands, and when we came home there was a package on the front porch. I jumped out told the girls to stay in the car so I could take it inside. They asked why and I told them it might be some Christmas presents.

So a few days later we were talking about Christmas and the girls were asking about the box that came in the mail. I told them I hid it. They then decided  they should look for it. A few minutes later Abbie came running over to me and said, “Mommy if you tell me where the box is hiding, I won’t look there.”

Sure Abbie, we believe you.

Sammie and I (Stacy) went up to Primary Children’s Hospital this past Monday for Sammie’s latest check-up.Everything went well she is continuing to stay in good health. Her weight gain, as usual, is on the low side. So we get to add to her “power packing,”  she gets to and needs to eat more of the good stuff we shouldn’t have and eat it more often. She had a chest e-ray taken’ since it had been over a year since the last one. The doctor’s  called and everything is clear and normal, YEAH!!! Her throat culture will come back next week here’s hoping for the same good news.

Kassie and Abbie are very exicited to announce that they now have wiggly teeth, but not just 1 they have 4. Thats right 4, 2 on top and 2 on bottom. We are hoping that by Christmas we will be able to sing ” All I  (we) Want for Christmas is My (our) Two Front Teeth.”

Next our little Izzie is so very close to crawling. Its pretty cute, She gets up on her hands and feet, sticks her little bum up in the air (a little like downward faceing dog in yoga) drops one knee down and off she goes flat on her face. I know she’ll catch on soon. She is bound and determined to figure it out so she can attack the dog and then her sisters.

As for Sammie, I’m sure she won’t go to college in her pull-up. But if she does we will still love her.
